Return Policy

References in this Returns Policy to: "we" and "us" are to Simply Signage; "Products" are to products listed on our website www.simplysignage.co.uk ("Website"); and "Contract" are to the contract between you and us in respect of the sale of Products via our Website. Each time you make a purchase of Product(s) via our Website, you enter into a Contract with us. If you buy a number of Products in one order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract shall cover all the Products in that order. If you order Products to be delivered to different delivery addresses, there shall be a separate Contract in place in respect of each delivery address and each Contract shall cover all the Products being delivered to that address.

1. Returns policy on personalised & custom products

If your personalised products arrived damaged or incorrectly spelt, coloured or sized to that requested in your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Products must be returned to us in accordance with clause 3 ('How to make a return') below. We may refuse to provide a refund where Products are not returned in accordance with clause 3. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer. If you wish to return a Product which was bought as part of a "Buy one get one free" or other similar promotion, we can only process the return if you return all the Products which were the subject of the promotion. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description.

2. How to make a return

Online returns procedure

1. Send and email to customerservices@simplysignage.co.uk detailing the reason for return, the purchase date, product reference and a return case will be opened.

2. Our team will contact you within 7-10 working days notifying you if your claim is successful.

3. If successful you will need to return aforementioned products to us (address will be supplied by agent dealing with your case). We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Provided that the Product is defective or you have returned the Product within the 14 day returns period, we will immediately begin producing replacement items for you.Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).

Rest of World - Unfortunately we are unable to offer the same service to our overseas customers. All returns made outside of the British Isles must be returned at your own cost,. Unless the Products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Products from you and may set such costs off against the amount re-credited to you.
